Our Story
Ben & Tish met on June 30th 2021 at a bar called Mad Oak in Oakland. Ben crossed the Bay Bridge to meet Tish and almost missed the last BART train back to the city.
After two years (exactly!) of both local and international adventures, Ben & Tish moved into a cute apartment in Oakland together.
On February 7th, 2024, on a backpacking trip in New Zealand, Ben proposed to Tish on the top of a mountain and Tish said yes!
We can't wait to have everyone we love at our wedding to share this day with us!

October 9th, 2021
Ben & Tish go on their first backpacking trip in Yosemite! Ben discovers that Tish also likes Type 2 fun!
Switzerland Part I
Winter 2021
Ben & Tish go sledding in Switzerland! They also eat lots of chocolate from their favorite store Laderach!
Switzerland Part II
Summer 2022
Ben & Tish hike the 14-day Haute Route from Chamonix, France to Zermatt, Switzerland!
Mexico City/Oaxaca
Winter 2022
Ben & Tish go to Mexico, visit the pyramids and the beach, and take a cooking class! Ben throws up.
Croatia/Iceland
Summer 2023
Ben & Tish bike the islands of Croatia and then go visit waterfalls in Iceland. Tish throws up.
Moving Day
Summer 2023
Ben & Tish move in together! Ben learns that Tish does not cook. Tish learns that Ben has even more bikes than she thought.
New Zealand
